Arrive Ready Baby respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Booking details you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address or hotel, travel dates, and notes about your stay.
Details about your baby's needs: diaper size, formula brand, and similar preferences. We ask only what we need to pack your box.
Payment information: payments are processed by Squarespace and its payment partners (such as Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
Website data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you found us, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
To deliver, set up, and pick up your box.
To contact you about your booking, payment, and any changes.
To answer your questions and improve our service.
To send occasional news and offers if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To measure and improve our ads and website.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers that help us run the business, such as Squarespace (website and checkout), payment processors, Google Workspace (email), and our delivery and accounting tools.
Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, to measure and show our ads.
Your hotel or host, when needed to arrange delivery.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect someone's safety.
Cookies
We use cookies to run the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. You can manage cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for your rental and for tax and legal purposes, generally up to 7 years. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
How we protect it
We use trusted platforms with industry-standard security and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you think your information has been misused.
Children's privacy
Our website is meant for parents and caregivers, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Details about your baby come only from you.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending marketing emails. Email hello@arrivereadybaby.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
