We know travel plans change, especially with a little one. Here is how cancellations, date changes, and refunds work.

Your deposit

A $50 deposit holds your box for your dates. The deposit counts toward your total. The rest of your balance is due 3 days before delivery, and we'll email you a payment link.

If you cancel, you receive:

• 7 or more days before delivery: Your full $50 deposit

• 3 to 6 days before delivery: We keep the $50 deposit. You can move your dates once for free instead.

• Less than 3 days before delivery (balance already paid): Your balance, minus the cost of diapers, wipes, formula, and other supplies we already bought for you. We keep the $50 deposit.

• After delivery: No refund for unused nights. If you return the box early, tell us and we'll pick it up.

Changing your dates

You can change your dates once at no charge, as long as you tell us at least 72 hours before delivery and we have a box available. Adding nights costs $35 per night, up to a 2-week total stay.

Flight delays and emergencies

If your flight is canceled or a family emergency comes up, email us right away. We'll work with you on a new date or a fair refund.

If we have to cancel

If we can't deliver for any reason, you get a full refund of everything you paid, including your deposit.

How to cancel

Email hello@arrivereadybaby.com with your name and delivery date. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Formula opt-out

If you bring your own formula, tell us before your balance is charged and we'll credit $20.
