What's included in the box?
Every box includes the gear and the everyday supplies most families need for a short trip:
A travel bassinet with fitted sheets, bought new for our rentals
A compact travel stroller for sidewalks, museums, and the lakefront
A white noise machine to help your baby sleep in a new place
An odor-sealing diaper pail with bags
A stocked diaper caddy with a changing pad, diapers in your baby's size, wipes, and changing pad liners
Formula in your brand, sealed and ready, or a $20 credit if you don't need it
2 new bottles and 2 new pacifiers that are yours to keep
Our box is one price with delivery included, and it comes with supplies, not just gear. You won't need to find a store for diapers or formula after a long flight.

Reserve your dates online with a $50 deposit.
Tell us about your baby: diaper size, formula brand, and where you're staying.
We deliver before you arrive. We coordinate drop-off with your hotel front desk or host.
Enjoy Chicago. When your trip ends, we pick everything up.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across the Chicagoland area, including downtown, River North, the Loop, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Hyde Park, the O'Hare-area, and nearby suburbs like Evanston and Oak Park. Staying farther out? Email hello@arrivereadybaby.com and we'll let you know.
Clean, safe, and checked
Every item is cleaned and inspected between rentals. We check each product against Consumer Product Safety Commission recall lists, and we never rent a recalled item. Bassinets and mattresses are bought new.
Common questions
Will my hotel accept the delivery? Most Chicago hotels hold packages and deliveries for arriving guests. We'll confirm with the front desk before we drop off.
Can you set it up in our room? Yes. Add setup for $39, where your hotel or host allows it.
What if my flight is delayed? Email us. We'll work with you on a new delivery time.
Is the bassinet right for my baby? Our bassinet is for young babies who can't roll over or push up yet. Check the weight limit on the reservation page.
